Contact AIDBIZ

Reach a funding specialist by phone, by email or through the eligibility form on this page. AIDBIZ is a team of small-business funding specialists, not a lender, serving businesses in all fifty states remotely. There is no public office to visit, and nothing on this page requires a hard credit pull.

How to reach us

Three ways in, depending on what you need. For a new funding request, the form is fastest because it captures the details a specialist needs before calling you back. For a question about an existing inquiry or a privacy matter, phone or email works better.

Phone

+1 (929) 744-5992

Talk through a funding question, ask what a review involves or check on an inquiry already in progress. If you reach voicemail during a busy stretch, leave the business name and a callback number; calls are returned on business days.

Email

info@aidbizfunding.com

Best for questions that do not need a same-day answer, for privacy requests and for follow-ups on an existing inquiry. Do not attach bank statements, identification or tax documents; those belong only in the private application link.

Eligibility form

Start a funding review

The fastest route to a review. It takes a few minutes, asks only for business basics and the amount and purpose of the request, and does not use a hard credit pull. A specialist follows up by phone.

Timeline

What happens after you submit

1

Acknowledgment

You receive a confirmation that the inquiry arrived. If it was submitted on a business day, that is typically the same day; otherwise it comes the next business day.

2

Specialist review

Within one business day a funding specialist looks at the basics: industry, time in business, revenue range, existing obligations and the use of funds. This is a fit review, not an underwriting decision, and it does not involve a hard credit inquiry.

3

A call to explain the options

The specialist calls to walk through which of the eight products realistically apply, what each would cost across the published market range and what documents a funding partner would need. If nothing fits yet, you are told that plainly and what would change it.

4

Private application

If you decide to proceed, you receive a secure link for bank statements and any product-specific documents. One file is then compared across the funding partners whose programs match.

5

Decision and funding

Most decisions arrive within 24 to 72 hours of a complete file, with same-day products faster and SBA loans considerably slower. Offers are presented on total payback, term and payment schedule so they can be compared directly. You are never obligated to accept.

Prepare

What to have ready

You do not need any of this to call or email. For the eligibility form, the first six items are enough; the rest becomes relevant only if there is a fit and you choose to continue into the private application.

  • Legal business name, entity type and the state where it is registered
  • Time in business and the industry the business operates in
  • Approximate monthly revenue or deposits over the last three to six months
  • The amount you are requesting and what it will be used for
  • Names of owners with a significant ownership stake
  • Existing financing obligations, including any advances or lines currently open
  • For equipment requests: a quote or invoice for the equipment
  • For receivables-based requests: an accounts-receivable aging report
  • Bank statements and tax returns, held back until the private application link arrives

Hours and response expectations

AIDBIZ operates on United States business days, Monday through Friday. Phone calls and emails received during business hours are handled the same day whenever possible; anything received in the evening, on weekends or on federal holidays is picked up on the next business day. Eligibility forms can be submitted at any time and are reviewed in the order received.

Response time depends on request volume and on how complete the information is. An inquiry with a working phone number, a real business name and a clear use of funds moves faster than one that needs a follow-up email to fill in the basics. If you have not heard back within two business days, call the number above and mention the business name; the file may be waiting on a detail we could not confirm.

Decisions from funding partners follow their own timelines. The 24 to 72 hour window quoted throughout this site describes typical turnaround once a complete private application is in hand; it is not a promise, and it does not apply to SBA loans or to files that need additional verification.

Privacy and support

The public inquiry form collects business contact details, industry, revenue range, requested amount, consent time and basic attribution such as landing page and device class. The privacy notice explains what is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept and how to request access, correction or deletion. California residents have additional rights described on the California privacy page, including the right to know and the right to delete.

For your own protection, never send bank statements, identification, tax records or account numbers by email or through the public form. Documents are collected only through the private application link, which uses encrypted upload and is tied to your specific inquiry. If anyone claiming to represent AIDBIZ asks for documents by email, or asks for a payment before funding, stop and call the number above to verify.

Support for an existing inquiry works the same way: call or email with the business name, and a specialist will pick up the file. Do not include account numbers or document contents in the message itself.

Secure eligibility check

Start a funding review

Share the business basics and the amount you need to begin a confidential, no-obligation review. A specialist follows up by phone on the next business day. This step does not use a hard credit pull.

  • No hard credit pull to apply
  • Decisions typically in 24–72 hours
  • 5+ years in the industry
  • Encrypted, private document handling

Contact questions

Before you call or write.

Is there an office I can visit?

No. AIDBIZ works with businesses in all fifty states by phone, email and a secure online application, and does not maintain a public office. Everything from the first conversation to signing is handled remotely, with a specialist available by phone throughout.

How quickly will someone respond?

Inquiries submitted on a business day are typically acknowledged the same day and reviewed within one business day. Messages received in the evening, on weekends or on federal holidays are handled on the next business day. Response time can stretch during high-volume periods; complete contact details help us reach you faster.

Can I send my bank statements by email to speed things up?

Please do not. Email is not a secure channel for financial documents, identification or tax records. If there is a fit after the initial review, you will receive a private application link with encrypted upload; that is the only place documents should go.

I already have an application invitation. Who do I contact?

Use the private link in your invitation message to continue, and call or email if you have questions about it. Include the business name so the specialist can locate your file; do not include account numbers or document contents in the message.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email the address above with the subject line "Privacy request" and describe what you are asking for: access, correction, deletion or opting out of analytics. The privacy notice explains what we collect and how it is used; California residents have additional rights described on the California privacy page.

Does contacting you commit me to anything?

No. Calling, emailing or submitting the eligibility form starts a conversation, not an obligation. There is no fee for a review, no hard credit pull at this stage and no requirement to accept any offer that results.
