Sale, sharing, and funding-partner disclosures
AIDBIZ must classify its final data practices under applicable law before launch. Information may be disclosed to service providers operating the platform and, when an applicant requests or authorizes it, to funding partners evaluating a transaction. The final notice must state whether any practice constitutes a sale or sharing and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.
